My real estate career began in 1983 when I joined Ned Eichler Associates in San Francisco as a loan officer placing first and second trust deed loans for multifamily projects and office buildings. Thereafter, I founded and operated my own construction and property management company that was engaged in acquiring and redevelopment of functionally obsolete warehouses into live-work for artists.
I have completed numerous land developments and redevelopment of pre-existing properties throughout California, Oregon, Nevada, New York and Maryland, and I have in-depth experience in site identification for build-to-suits, residential & commercial property management, asset preservation and disposition services. I have managed construction for over 200 single-family homes, warehouses and commercial office projects. I have owned and managed my own residential and commercial brokerage businesses for 2 decades.
All this real estate history helped me to build an extensive asset management and preservation track record with related partnerships and serving as a court appointed Receiver Administrator. My receivership cases include multifamily, office, residential condominium associations and failed-in-place construction turnaround project receiverships for FedReceiver® in the California Central Valley, Reno and the San Francisco Bay Area and consulting to lender asset managers the benefits of Receivership services for partially developed and partially entitled land parcels.
I hold both a State of California real estate broker license (BRE Lic. #01274732) and a general contractor license (CSLB Lic. #1004853).
Dalton Hepworth is a native of El Dorado County, he is a real estate sales associate with my company, we have associated and worked together since 2009. Dalton is an expert in buying, renovating and flipping single family homes for his own account. He does fabulous work! He has acquired, rehabbed, re-positioned, developed, marketed and managed properties located throughout northern California. He founded Pinnacle Investment Solutions in 2014, and concurrently serves as a Consultant to Greeley, Lindsay Consulting Group in Sacramento as well as for Collins Commercial as a Probate and Trust Consultant in matters of estate administration and trust litigation.

Lynn is a native of the Sacramento River Delta, growing up on a farm in Walnut Grove. She is a retired political fund raiser who started her real estate career in 2003 marketing new single-family homes developed and built in our related land development partnerships throughout Sacramento County. She managed new home in-fill projects and multi-phased single-family home projects for Carmichael Builders, Inc. She has been actively representing buyers and sellers within her broad sphere of influence from a life time of relationships in Sacramento and surrounding counties for 15 years.
