Dan Collins

My real estate career began in 1983 when I joined Ned Eichler Associates in San Francisco as a loan officer placing first and second trust deed loans for multifamily and office product. Thereafter, I founded and operated my own construction and property management company that was engaged in acquiring and redevelopment of functionally obsolete warehouses into live-work for visual and musician artists.

I have completed numerous land development and existing property redevelopment projects throughout California, Oregon, Nevada, New York and Maryland, and I have in-depth experience in site identification for build-to-suits, property management, asset preservation and full spectrum disposition services.

In addition, I have an extensive background in construction management for redevelopment projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, residential development projects in Oregon and California.  I worked for seven years and served as the Executive Vice President for Tower Development Corp, one of the largest private industrial developers in the Sacramento region.  I also worked for several large regional commercial brokerage houses, most recently for Grubb & Ellis Company, as a commercial broker for distressed assets.

All of that real estate experience helped me to build an extensive asset management and preservation experience with related partnerships and court appointed Receiver Administration case work.  My current receivership projects include multifamily, office, residential condominium associations and failed-in-place construction turnaround project receiverships for FedReceiver® in the California Central Valley, Reno and the San Francisco Bay Area and consulting to lender asset managers the benefits of Receivership services for partially developed and partially entitled land parcels.

I hold both a State of California real estate broker license (BRE Lic. #01274732) and a general contractor license (CSLB Lic. #1004853).

Dalton Hepworth

Dalton Hepworth has been involved in various forms of real estate since starting his career. He has acquired, rehabbed, re-positioned, developed, marketed and managed properties located throughout northern California. The types of property Dalton has been involved in include commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, single family, condominiums, and C-Store applications.

Dalton has helped administer several real estate related receivership cases in California. In that capacity, he secured, maintained, managed, improved, and marketed various projects with different involvements each time.

Dalton has been involved in the closure and liquidation of small businesses, Assignment for Benefit of Creditors, Turnarounds, and Liquidation Services in various applications.

Dalton has been active in many fields of real estate, including personal residential property management of his own SFR portfolio, as well as the marketing and management of properties located in California.

He founded Pinnacle Investment Solutions in 2014, and concurrently serves as a Consultant to Greeley, Lindsay Consulting Group in Sacramento.
